Myco Imported Parts in Scottdale

Post by peregrine67 on Fri Mar 25, 2011 10:56 am

I have always had nothing but pleasant experiences getting parts from Myco. Only once were they out of stock on what I needed but they special ordered it for me. Then it turned out that I didn't need it after all the trouble of special ordering it but they didn't think twice about returning it for me. In most cases their cost was only slightly higher that I could find online but once you take into account shipping it's been kind of a wash.

I don't think I could buy VW parts from someone who can't spell Volkswagen. Opened the link above and right there it's spelled with an o. But, on a more serious side, I haven't heard of them either.

That can be a good thing, maybe they do not know what some parts are worth! Factory volkswagen part $300, factory volkswagon part $3

The guys in the store don't seem too internet tech savvy and the website is very poorly laid out (links still under construction and not maintained). I have a feeling it was made for them by somebody else who said, "Hey y'all need a website." and never updated after that. If you base your opinion of them entirely on a website that is obviously not maintained that's your loss. But I've never had a bad experience with them over the phone or in person.
