We passed by this exit last weekend on our trip to Virginia. Would make a nice photo opportunity with the giant exit sign!

Not 100% on this, but I think it's similar to the Kia exit down south on I-85, Kia Boulevard, and the exit is strictly for the Kia plant.

You are correct.
There will be a special parking for the VW's and there will be both city and VW representatives to look at the cars...
