identify steering wheel

I have had this wheel for awhile. Came from super I bought for parts.

They both look like formula vee wheels, the version with the simulated woodgrain look.

I believe those wheels are the top version.

When I got my 71, someone had put alot of Formula Vee interior stuff in it. I had researched to see how much stuff I actually had and what was missing a while back and thats where I had remembered that wheel. My 71 had pretty much everything pictured but the steering wheel. I have the shifter knob, but not the FV shifter as well.
